Luiz Fernando Pacheco started his career in 1994, at the law firm of Marcio Thomaz Bastos and became a partner in 2000. Graduated in Law from Mackenzie University in 1996.

During 20 years of experience, Pacheco had the opportunity to work as an intern, associate and partner of successful professionals such as Sônia Cochrane Ráo, Dora Cavalcanti, Sandra Pires, Camila Nogueira Gusmão Medeiros, Ana Lúcia Peñon and Marina Chaves Alves.

Specialist in Economic and European Criminal Law (Brazilian Institute for Criminal Sciences and Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law of the University of Coimbra). Former assistant member of the Rights and Prerogatives Committee of the Bar Association of São Paulo – OAB/SP and was a member of the Brazilian National Anti-Drug Council. Vice-President of the decision-making body of the Institute for Defense of the Right to Defense - IDDD.
